Have to say unloading is a nightmare at Ironbridge Market as parking is not easy. The weather was not too great with gusts of wind catching Gazebo. Alan from Fordhall very kindly weighted ours down with his gas bottle and Martin of Mr Moydens Cheeses was good enough to grab the gazebo when a gust of wind nearly took it away!
After a slow start things started to pick up with our fused glass art cheeseboards and clocks selling really well. Also the coasters of all colours proved to very popular, but it was strange that no vases sold as usually they are a best seller.
It got to the point when I could no longer resist the tantalising aroma of the Hog Roast behind me. Very yummy!
A very kind lady offered to drink a litre of Bombay Sapphire (not all at once) so that I can make her a Cheese board. Another lady asked if we would attend the record breaking attempt of Zumba for Help the Heroes at Wrekin College, of course we said yes. This takes place on 26/6/11 so please support.
